I have purchased many pairs of this brand, not because they have worn out or have broken but because I wanted to replace any that I need to use with these. I have several pairs at home and replaced the ones at work at my own expense. There are no better that I have found. They are sturdy, fit your hand, stay as sharp as they were when new forever, and eliminate all those annoying snags and stalls of inferior scissors. So if your scissors have any problems at all and you need to reduce just one source of frustration at work or home, just get these scissors, they don't cost that much.

I bought some Westcott scissors (all that was available locally) - what a mistake. Went back to Amazon and ordered Fiskars. They are so superior to the others that they should be listed in a separate category. They are properly engineered, sharp, solid but not too heavy, and they last forever. A great product.

Your standard fiskars scissors. They are well constructed, sharp, cut very well and are comfortable in your hand (as long as you are right handed). There's really not much else to say about these. I would definitely recommend them. Most people do not need super expensive scissors that come apart and everything, and these are a step down from that and still function much better than the $0.99 metal scissors that cut like crap.

I have been using these type Fiskar scissors for many years. I purchased these scissors for a x-mas present for my son's girlfriend. She is learning to sew, so I wanted her to have the perfect pair of shears. They never seem to get dull.

These appear like many of the orange-handled Fiskars we've seen for decades. They don't have the authoritative snip of older, heavier fabric-cutting shears but are adequate for multiple-usage purposes and are a reasonably priced choice.
